DEBTORS/CREDIT CONTROLLER

SUMMARY:
DEBTORS CLERK PAARDEN EILAND R15 000
Pastel Evolution experience essential
Experience in dealing with international clients

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous 
  5 years of debtors experience
• Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience on Sage Evolution (not negotiable)
• Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts
• Responsible for debtor age analysis
• Allocation of payments received/capturing payments
• Assist with the clearing of the suspense account
• Obtaining remittances to clear and match invoices to payments
• Report on any variances to the relevant departments
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Weekly management reports
• Assist with month-end duties as required
  Issuing regular statements
• Resolving all problems pertaining to debtors
