LEADING COMMERCIAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT FIRM SEEKS A HIGHLY EXPERIENCED DEBTORS MANAGER WITH LEASING EXPERIENCE AND MDA PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM EXPERIENCE. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL DEBTORS BOOK. SUPERVISE AN ACCOUNTS CLERK,

MANAGE ARREARS ACCOUNTS,

PREPARE DOCUMENTS FOR LEGAL HANDOVERS

PREPARE REPORTS

LOAD AND UPDATE PROPERTY INFORMATION

LOAD LEASE SCHEDULES

BANKING, RECEIPTING AND ALLOCATION OF RENTAL PAYMENTS

LOADING INFORMATION ON THE MDA SYSTEM

PREPARE DEBTORS REPORTS

RECONS OF ACCOUNTS

MANAGEMENT PACKS

LOADING AND UPDATING OF PROPERTY INFORMATION.
