SUMMARY:
DEBTORS CLERK

JOB DESCRIPTION:

PURPOSE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for managing of debtors accounts, communicating with clients resolving queries and processing and reconciling debtors

Requirements:

Grade 12 or equivalent
5-7 year’s proven working experience as debtors clerk

Key Results Areas

Processing accounts & incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
Performing day-to-day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting & recording accounts & statements.
Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure all invoices & statements.
Update debtors records and status
Facilitate payment of invoices be sending reminders & contacting clients / collection on accounts.
Processing Debit orders.
