SUMMARY:
DEBTORS CLERK PAARDEN EILAND R10 000

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

Minimum Grade 12
Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous
5 years debtors experience
Must have a minimum of 2 years working experience on Sage Evolution ( not negotiable)
Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts
Responsible for debtors age analysis
Allocation of payments received / capturing payments
Assist with the clearing of the suspense account
Obtaining remittances to clear and match invoices to payments
Report on any variances to the relevant departments
Following up on outstanding payments
Weekly management reports
Assist with month end duties as required
Issuing of regular statements
Resolving all problems pertaining to debtors
Ensure that the cash up procedure is being enforced
Ensuring that the database is updated with customer information and comments
General administrative duties
