SUMMARY:
DEBTORS CLERK WETTON , SOUTHERN SUBURBS R15 000

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements:

•  Minimum Grade 12
• Relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous 
• 5 years debtors experience Syspro experience beneficial
• Reconciliation of debtor’s accounts
• Responsible for debtors age analysis
• Allocation of payments received / capturing payments
• Assist with the clearing of the suspense account
• Obtaining remittances to clear and match invoices to payments
• Report on any variances to the relevant departments
• Following up on outstanding payments
• Weekly management reports
• Assist with month end duties as required
• Issuing of regular statements
• Resolving all problems pertaining to debtors
• Ensure that the cash up procedure is being enforced
• Ensuring that the database is updated with customer information and comments
• General administrative duties
