JOB DESCRIPTION:

DEBTORS AND CREDITORS CLERK

Our client based in Montague Gardens is seeking to employ a debtors and creditors clerk

Reconciliation of accounts

Ensure that accounts are up to date

The clerk must be able to work on the Spar Gateway system (training will be provided)

Statements sent out monthly

Debt collection

General admin duties (answering the phone, dealing with and resolving queries)

Complete creditor/purchase entries

Invoicing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

2-5 years in a similar role

Matric

Applicable tertiary qualification (accounting

Knowledge of Vector accounting package (advantageous)

SALARY: R15 000 per month
