DEBONING/BUTCHERY/MEAT MANAGER
- East Rand, Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* Deboning/Butchery/Meat MANAGER
* MINIMUM 5 - 6 Year's experience
* Minimum 2 Year's in Managerial position
* Manage +/- 90 Staff
* Computer Literate
* Develop production plans according to the energies pf the various units in. co-ordination with the Department of Sales
* Follow uup to Finanal production Quantity and Quality
* Issue roprts a;aughter and production of daily and periodoc reports
* Knowledge of beef cuts, standards, HACCP, ISO, administration and reporting skills
* Daily stocktaking
