DEBONING MANAGER/BUTCHER FOR ABATTOIR
ON THE EAST RAND

JOB DESCRIPTION:

* 5 Years+ experience
* Familiarity with Computer applications
* Strong leadership /communication skills
* Develop Production Plans according to the
energies of the various units in coordination
with the Department of Sales
* Develop plans and requirements for inputs
and raw materials and technical specifications
* Follow-up processes and stages of production
with all the posts with the maximum production
capacity
* Follow-up to final production quantity and
quality and compliances
* Issue reports slaughter and production of daily
and periodic reports
* Ensure the Safety of the processes of production
or manufacturing
* Knowledge of Beef cuts, standards, HACCP, ISO,
administration
* Able to quickly adapt to changing according
to customer's needs
* Daily stocktaking
