SUMMARY:
A DEALERSHIP BRANCH ACCOUNTANT is urgently required for a company in PINETOWN (KZN)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:
  • Must have at least 3 years experience as a Branch Accountant within the Motor Industry
  • DMS Management System literacy essential
  • National Diploma or BCom Degree in Accounting or similar will be an advantage
  • Must have a Code 8 license
  • Must be proficient in English (Read, Write & Speak)
  • Must be able to work in a Corporate environment
  • Must be able to work under pressure
  • Must have a confident and pro-active approach - anticipate issues & requirements.
Job Description:
  • Prepare reports & financial statements
  • Control Fixed Assets, Debtors & Creditors
  • Reconcile stock & stock management
  • Risk Management
  • Expenses Control
  • Preparing of daily, weekly and monthly Journals
  • Review Vehicle stock counts
  • Monitor parts & workshop cash sales
  • Control branch financial activities
  • Ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to
Remuneration:
  • Basic Salary - R24K to R30K / month
  • Medical Aid - R1500
  • Provident Fund - 7.5% Employee, 8% Employer
