DATA DEVELOPER

POSITION INFO:

We looking for a person who is skilled in working with large data sets and has a knack for attention to detail.
Skill set – SQl, MYSQL.
Exposure to C# coding advantageous.
Must be proficient in TSQL.
Having used SSIS and SSRS would be advantageous

Our client develops custom databases. Normally the developer will develop the solution and databases, but then the “Data Developer” gets involved in populating the databases with data. This entails taking various 3^rd party datasets and preparing them to be imported into the databases. There is also a data maintenance element where the existing data must be maintained or updated on a regular basis. Their current team even processes customer data files which require enrichment from our datasets. And under the maintenance element, one can also be responsible for gathering information from reliable 3^rd parties. Quite a mixture of roles and skills.
