DATA CAPTURE/CONTROLLER

• Capturing work orders status
• scanning completed work orders ready to be linked in SAP
• filling and storing maintenance documents
• will ensure that timesheets are udpdated from various departments
• capture and confirm planned maintenance work documents
• assist with all office admin needs that Kusile Maintenance may require
• fast track or expedite purchase oreder deliveries to ensure target dates are met
• must be able to negotiate new delivery dates where applicable
• follow up on outstanding acknowledgements and report the status of overdue prders to relevant stakeholders
• compile supplier perfomance report
• perfom expeditor and administrator duties as and when required

• placement of purchase orders, emergency orders and condonations
• compiling daily stock movement report from material management system
• assisting maintenance with data retrieval and queries
• perfom various administration duties
• contribute to ensuring proper updates of material bills

Qualifications

Grade 12 with acertificate in Administration or Office work and has worked with SAP ECC/Hanna for a minimum of 1 year
