DASH Coordinator

SUMMARY:
We are looking for a DASH coordinator for a company based in Sandton Area to start as soon as posssible

POSITION INFO:

PLEASE take note of the requirements : 

Description and responsibilities:

• To Coordinate all activities, daily work/service schedules for DASH multiservice teams, FM service vehicles and other service vehicles delegated to the Coordinators responsibility.
• To generate weekly vehicle and driver reports and report anomalies to Senior manager for action.
• To reroute vehicle/vehicles to emergency calls at own discretion.
• To notify Customers of ETA’s.
• To encourage Customers to give satisfaction feedback.
• To generate repeat and new business.
• To telephonically upsell services to Customers.
• To update existing Customer and new Customer info and  general info, EG. Recent purchase history, outstanding payments.
• To notify Customers of outstanding amounts.
• To notify Senior manager of pending vehicle services due.
• To frequently monitor vehicle positions and activities and report anomalies.

Tools:

• Computer, Ctrack fleet management and Business Intelligence software for greater flexibility and efficiencies of fleet utilisation, and more control, EG. ZUD; Zero unscheduled downtime.
• Reduced fleet costs., vehicle and driver reports.
• Advanced information for our Customers, (SMS Driver Names, ETA. CleanTelligent Inspection and Work Orders facility, Insightly CRM housekeeping and Updates.
• Companies Website interaction, re orders, new business.
• Notify  marketing dept of any glitches or improvements needed on Website.
• Skills required: Good computer skills, organisational capabilities, selling and interpersonal skills, Hardworking.
