SUMMARY:
Looking for a young dynamic person with 2 years experience that is prepare to learn

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Matric or equivalent qualification
Relevant tertiary qualification (NQF 5 level) preferred
At least 1-2 years Customer Service
Good working knowledge of the quote-to-cash process
Proficiency in MS Office package which includes MS Excel intermediate level (pivot and formulas etc)
Experience in SAP system
Ability to generate and analyse reports
Proven experience in developing strong customer relationships, understanding and addressing clients'' needs
Solid knowledge and experience in client relationship management
Experience in dealing with clients face to face or telephonically
Own transport or reliable transport essential. We do not do remote working
