SUMMARY:
Recons clerk /creditors accounts payable - creditors recons invoicing accpac

POSITION INFO:

Our Corporate client in the Finance industry based in Rosebank seeks an experienced incumbent to join there team ASAP - preferably.. immediate but will wait for notice

Must have strong Creditors Reconciliation including electronic payments skills with solid track record and proven experience. Must be computer literate - MS EXCEL basic level

Minimum requirements

Matric
Must Be ITC and Criminal Clear

Specific Skills (Technical):

Working with the Accounts Payable Module in an accounting package. Preferably Accpacc - Sage 300
Reconciliation of creditors.
Basic Excel

Attributes

Precise, neat and detailed.
Must take pride in their work.
Prepared to work as part of a team.
Committed to achieving deadlines.
Prepared to work overtime if necessary.
Must be reliable, trustworthy and honest

Responsible for:

Capturing of invoices
Reconciliation and payment of creditors
