Cyber Security Customer Success Manager

SUMMARY:
Our client, a well-established Cyber Security company based in Johannesburg is looking for an experienced Cyber Security Customer Success Manager to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• Relevant Cyber qualification.
• At least 2 years experience in a relevant field.
• Experience in the following:    
• Cyber Lifecycle or Product Suite.
• Technical writing and project management.

Main responsibilities:

• Responding to technical questions in Remote File Intrusion / RFP’s.
• Deployment customer assistance.
• Customer resolution guidance by identifying and handling customer objections.
• Problem solving.
• Sales team collaboration to ensure wider business.
• Development of a trusted advisor relationship with existing and future customers.
• Implementation assistance with free trails to proof value concepts and analysis of data.
• Assist with Security Awareness project management functions.
• Leverage product value, product usage expansion and generate new use cases.
• Conducting customer health checks regularly.
• New feature and releases preparation and development.
• Educate customers on new features and releases.
• Collaboration with other teams to ensure renewal success.
• Client product health checks.
• Identify improvements and issues for clients.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate ad communicate with all technical and non-technical individuals.
• Handling and managing multiple customers.
