POSITION INFO:

If you are an individual who has an insatiable urge to traverse the Cyber Security space and have a knack for problem solving, attention to detail, and have a passion for all things cyber security then this is the role for you!

Job Description:

In this role, core responsibilities will include monitoring of systems, applications, networks, and the implementation of security recommendations. This will include vulnerability, risk assessments, information security and disaster recovery simulations.

Skills & Experience:

Knowledge of ISP’s and related operations and procedures

Minimum of 2 years of information security experience

Minimum of 3 years server administration and networking experience

Previous exposure to Linux & Windows

Supporting SIEM technologies

Best practices such as ISO27001, POPIA, GDPR &SOC 2 compliance

Azure or AWS

IT Risk Assessment

Network Security Architecture

Access control Systems

Incident response management

Qualification:

Certification in Information Technology (required)

Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field is preferred
