• Automated cutting.
• Management skills ie. Supervisors and staff
• Clothing manufacturing related qualification ess.
• Excellent knowledge of fabrics
• Understanding of garment contruction process ess.
• Understanding of patternmaking/ Grading/Marker making beneficial.
• Manage critical operations - Laying/Cutting/ Re Laying/Soabarring/fusing correctly.
