The Detail

IT Support

Identify, troubleshoot, research, support and resolve email related issues customers may have.

Troubleshoot and Maintenance

Ensure all problems are attended to and resolved according to client requirements

Do you have a minimum of 1-year support experience within a similar support role or within a call centre support role?
