An International company that supplies products for the Adventurous and those that love spending time in nature is looking to employ a few Customer Service agents in Kyalami. The reason for this position is due to the growth that the company is experiencing.

POSITION INFO:

An International company that supplies products for the Adventurous and those that love spending time in nature is looking to employ a few Customer Service agents in Kyalami. The reason for this position is due to the growth that the company is experiencing.

 

Minimum requirements:

  • Reside close to Kyalami
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Customer service/sales experience

 

Duties:

  • Customer service as well as sales and upselling
  • Assist team members when needed
  • Follow up on sales leads
  • Accurate record keeping
  • Warranty claims, assisting with orders, refunds etc.

 

Working hours: 7h30 to 17h00

 

Salary: R 10 000 to R----- per month, negotiable. Provident fund.
