Customer relations Manager

SUMMARY:
A “Best-in-Class” Food Manufacturing and Marketing Company based in Centurion is looking for a Customer Relations Manager that would be working very closely with the logistics department and the production department

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

• Higher qualification in Marketing or Finance
• Supply chain management courses would be beneficial
• Experience in Logistics would be advantages
• An understanding of reporting on Marketing Metrics
• Communication skills is essential

Duties include but not limited to:

• Leadership role in the forecasting process
• Representing the customer team and Retail traders at the production meetings
• Management and Tracking of Trade and Marketing Investments
• Evaluate trade promotions within the retail sector
• Tracking and measurement of new product launches in retail sector
• Scheduling of customer orders
• Return of Investments guidance of Key promotions
• Evaluation of Third- party logistics cost by customer
• Management of return process
• Review trade term structure

Salary: R 42000 neg
