Customer Support Expert

Customer Support Experts needed to respond to inbound calls from consumers in the US / UK.

You will need to communicate well with customers and be able to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

POSITION INFO:

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

Resolve and assist customers with regard to inbound telephonic and e-mail queries and requests

Education and Experience:

Matric / Grade 12 (Maths / Maths Lit and Accounting required)

Minimum 1 year international Call Centre Experience

Must be available to work Mon – Fri 10:00 – 19:00 – subsidised transport offered within 35km radius

Proficient in relevant computer applications (Word, Excel)

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Fluency in English & an excellent command of English (neutral accent) – non negotiable

Good communication and listening skills
