Customer Services Manager ( Educational Background)

Manage, plan and monitor quality support services towards excellent service delivery to customers, potential customers and staff.

Educational Requirements:
Grade 12
B Degree or similar
5-8 years’ experience with management and customer support services
Previous experience within a higher academic environment
Familiar with regulations for Higher Education Institutions
MS office proficient

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manages customer queries in general and ensure that the relationship between the College and its customers is professional
Ensure that all customer queries are finalized satisfactorily
Keep record of customer queries and the outcome thereof
Manage and ensure that customer and staff enquiries are dealt with effectively and efficiently
Manage the CRM – system to ensure that all issues/queries/complaints are received, transferred and finalized
Manage and control customer support services budget
Manage and develop department staff
Participate in management structures to ensure strict compliance to HEQC/CHE/DoE policies and requirements
