SUMMARY:
Our client in the Public Sector has an opportunity available for a Customer Services Clerk in the Cape Town area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Requirements:

Grade 12
Minimum of 2 years face to face customer service experience
Benefits funds experience would be a distinct advantage
Knowledge of Company specific systems
Knowledge of switchboard an advantage
Must be able to speak Afrikaans/ English/ Xhosa
Ability to work under pressure
Attention to detail

KPAs:

Handle member's queries.
Providing members with correct and relevant information/documentation.
Ensure that member's documents are completed correctly2
Making use of Session, Alex, CRM, Oculus programs to verify information
Assisting members in completing documentation.
Scanning and verifying documents to send urgently to claims.
Recording all members attended to on a daily basis.
Relieve switchboard as and when required.
