Customer Service Team Leader: E-Commerce

SUMMARY:
An exiting opportunity has become available with a multi-national manufacturing company who is seeking to appoint a well-experienced Customer Service Team Lead to improve their overall customer service E-commerce divisions.

POSITION INFO:

Experience:

• 5 - 7 years’ experience in a similar position within a customer service environment
• Oversee and handle all customer queries for the online shop.
• Able to motivate and achieve all personal and team targets.
• Liaise and support all relevant E-commerce operations and tasks.
• Enhance all customer service processes and improve on overall efficiency and quality to resolve all customer service queries.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric
• Relevant tertiary qualification will be an added advantage
