SUMMARY:
An International Freight forwarding Company is seeking a Customer Service Support Controller to join their team

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Support outside sales and translate customer needs into execution, act as bridge between sales and operations

Ensure estimate requests are completed

Required to visit, maintain and grow the client base

Manage account from prospect to customer care

Assist sales with visits

Provide feedback to middle office for continuous improvement by offering additional services

Maintain rates validity with customers

Reply to customer with quotation within time frame

Advise customer on transport

Carry out quotation

Set validity

Establish SOPs

Send KPIs reports

Measure internal KPIs

Handle resolutions

Negotiate rates

Hand over new business to operations

Compile tenders for projects

Ensure contact details are correct and updated

Matric

2 years estimates experience

2-5 years experience in Freight Forwarding air/road, and sea
