East Rand based company seeks a Customer Support Supervisor from engineering / manufacturing industry

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements
Matric
Drivers license
5 years experience in a customer service position
Experience within manufacturing, engineering or technical environment

Duties:
- Supervise day to day operations of customer service department
- Assessing service statistics
- Training internal sales staff
- handling customer queries and orders
- Quotations and invoicing and supervision thereof
- Handling enquiries and orders from Technical sales team
