SUMMARY:
Provide support to customers and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face. Your INTERNATIONAL CALL CENTER Experience is essential.

POSITION INFO:

To provide support to customers and deal with inquiries on the phone and face to face.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all incoming phone calls.
International Call Center experience is a MUST.
Resolve customer requests by taking ownership of calls received.
Continued follow up’s on existing queries until resolved.
Where needed consult with Commercial Teams, Operations Teams or other Customer Service Teams.
Communicates customer inquiries/messages/feedback to relevant team members.
Tracking of customer shipments.
Monitoring of all exports shipments from South Africa.
Conduct investigations on service delivery failures.
Identifying service delivery gaps and highlighting with the relevant department, Branch and or international office/partner.
Dealing with clearance queries related to the Airport office for imports into South Africa.
Offering support to all stations in South Africa on Clients product (CS, Commercial etc.).
Handling of customer complaints personally and directly until resolved.
Retrieving hardcopy POD’s.
Faxing, calling and/or e-mailing to clients or branches.
Advising customers of services and general information regarding operational procedures.
Generate quotes on Clients shipments.
Arrange special trips and “Free Domicile” shipments.
Handling of Repair and Return shipments Documents.
Courtesy calls - Late freight and/or customer updates and follow up’s.
Provide professional service to customers at all times.
Handle escalated queries from branches, agents, clients and international offices/partners.
Full resolution of all queries in the most efficient time.
Monitoring of special accounts assigned to team.
Build effective relationships with international offices and partners.
Shift work is part of this position.

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) qualification and/or similar qualification or experience.
Frontline – 2 years call center experience. (National and Intenational Experience is essential)
Backline – 3 years call center experience.(National and International experience essential)
Industry knowledge and international experience advantageous.
Excellent geographical knowledge.
Excellent understanding of times International and Local.
Strong communication skills – Excellent command of the English language.
Customer Centric Personality.
Computer Proficiency.
