Customer Service Representative Agriculture

SUMMARY:

An established international manufacturer of agricultural chemicals is seeking the above to lead the customer service team, ensuring customer service levels are maintained and Crop Protection customers are in line with agreed service level agreements and to ensure orders are processed and queries from customers are resolved timeously.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum requirements for the role:

• Must have a BCom Degree or similar qualification in Warehousing/Supply Chain Management/Logistics
• At least 5 years customer service experience will be required
• Good SAP ERP experience is critical
• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills with internal and external customers

• Leading the customer service team for the City Deep Warehouse.
• Processing customer orders.
• Handling and reconciling monthly orders and queries.
• Booking and planning transportation and deliveries.
• Ensuring OTIF is maintained.
• Monitoring dispatched and back orders and run efficient processes for following up and feedback.
• Balancing inventory at warehouses on a monthly basis and ensuring all queries are sorted.
• Ensuring correct processes are followed at warehouses in order for correct dispatches to take place and customer service levels are maintained by 3rd party services providers.
• Ensuring goods are correctly received according to GRN’s at warehouses.
• Arranging bulk deliveries to customers.
• Ensuring customer needs are met at all times.
• Building and maintaining customer service relationships with all customers.
• Working together with the Pricing Manager to ensure pricing is correct on invoicing in order to eliminate credit notes and to ensure accurate data reported.
• Assisting with yearly audit queries and reports.
• Manage returns and consignment stock.
