SUMMARY:
A leader within the Steel Product industry seeks to employ a Customer Service Representative to join their successful team.

• Matric and/or Post Matric Qualification

Requirements

• 2-3 years sales/customer service experience in the STEEL INDUSTRY.
• Steel product knowledge.
• Customer service centric.
• Results driven and focused.

Duties

• Build and sustain mutually beneficial relationships.
• Provide customer service information (Pricing, Stock availability etc.)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Provide pro-active assistance and advice
• Maximise and measure sales performance
• Grow sales by identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Build and develop customer centric capability
• Continuously improve processes and the customer experience
