Exciting Opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Manager in RETAIL!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Advise customers in a knowledgeable,
pleasant and efficient manner on all
enquiries

- Provide and enforce excellent and pleasant
customer service to every customer on
every interaction

- Train all employees in all aspects of
customer service

- Assist manager to implement, enforce
and monitor service levels and standards
in the store

- Provide a communication link between
customers and management

- Initiate and co-ordinate social responsibility
activities

- Handle challenging customers

- Long/flexible hours

- Need to be constantly
available

- Pressurised/fast paced
environment

- Standing for long periods
