SUMMARY:
Well established, international company situated in Germiston seeking an experience Customer Service Manager (Exports) to handle all Export quotations and order as well as related tasks relative.

Required experience & education:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• Drivers License
• BCom Degree or similar
• SARS Compliance for Exporters (certificate)
• Supervisory Management (certificate)
• PSIRA Registration: Grade B
• Import & Export Diploma / Certificate
• Export Risk Management workshop
• 5 years Customer Service Management experience
• 5 years Customer Relations experience
• Export Administration & Internal Sales Management experience
• Detailed knowledge of all processes involved in export procedures, documentation and regulations for Sub-Saharan African countries, European community and Asia.
• Computer Literate - MS Office package - Intermediate level
• Attention to detail
• Deadline Driven
• Stable track record
• Strong communication - written and verbal
• Problem solving skills
