SUMMARY:
International company with a branch in Dar Es Salaam Tanzania requires a Customer Service Manager with;

POSITION INFO:

• Relevant qualification in Distribution or Sales and Marketing.
• Marketing and Sales Diploma advantageous. Public Relations and communications Diploma advantageous.
• Min 3 years’ experience in Customer Service position is essential.
• Experience from a FMCG / Pharmaceutical / Medical or Retail environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation.
• Computer literate.
• Customer service driven.
• Distribution experience essential.
• Warehouse and Logistics.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management.
• Marketing.
• Policies and procedures.
• Training of staff.
