POSITION INFO:

Well established outsourced / BPO specialising within the financial services sector urgently seeks to employ 25 skilled Customer Services Consultants / Debt Collectors with the anticipated start date being December. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Dealing with an international client base - Specifically USA
  • Handling debt collection responsibilities 
  • Working towards internal KPA''s
  • Conducting outbound calls 
  • Negotiating payments
  • Dealing with customers in a professional manner 
  • Working Night Shifts - Shift Times: 23h30-08h30 and/or 00h30-09h30 and/or 02h00-11h00 and/or 01h00-10h00 and/or 00h00-09h00 and/or 03h00-13h00 (Sunday-Thursday)

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric
  • MUST of dealt with the USA market
  • 1 to 3 years solid call centre experience 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • International contact centre exposure essential 
  • Debt Collection experience an advantage
  • Excellent Communication Skills
