SUMMARY:
We are looking for a candidate who can interact with international customers to handle complaints , process orders and provide information about the company's product and services. The service is generally provided telephonically via email and chat.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Agent who is fluent in German and is able to interact with international customers.

Required Minimum Education: 
  •  Grade 12 
  • Tertiary qualification - advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
Requirement Minimum Work Experience:
  • 2-3 years of experience in international customer service 
  • 1-2 years experience working with international clients 
  • Ability to follow a range of mandatory procedures to ensure that work is carried out to the required quality standards 
  • Ability to probe for clarity to gather relevant information to assist in resolving customer request.
