Customer Service Administrator

Purpose of Position:

• Be the contact between Customer, Logistics, Sales, and Finance with regards to account issues, to ensure smooth running of the customer service function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily check customer credit limits and inform customers who are close to their limits, to smooth ordering process.
• Handle all customer queries on the customer care line.
• Be the contact between Customer, Logistics, Sales, and Finance with regards to account issues.
• Communicate customer loads ETA’s
• General account queries.
• Do quarterly surveys with customers to rate overall company service.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Grade 12.
• Tertiary Qualification in Sales.
• Coming from a Call centre environment is preferred.
• Understanding the full value chain from order placement till account payment.
• SAP experience.

Technical Skills and Personal Attributes Requirements:

• Customer service focused.
• Understanding the Debtors process.
• Commercial exposure to the retail environment.
• PC literate especially MS Excel and MS Word.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-disciplined, able to work without supervision.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to influence people, from all cultures.
• Ability to work within a team.
