About the Role:

Grodirect is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Sales Agents to join our fast-growing team. As a Sales Agent, you''ll engage directly with customers through face-to-face interactions, providing top-tier customer service and helping clients find the best solutions for their needs. Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct face-to-face sales presentations to potential customers.

* Promote and sell products and services with professionalism and enthusiasm.

* Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve inquiries effectively.

* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

* Participate in ongoing training and development programs.

Requirements:

*Matric certificate (Grade 12) is essential.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* A goal-drive and hardworking attitude.

* Ability to work well independently and in a team.

* Must be confident, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

* Previous sales or customer service experience is an advantage, but not required.
