POSITION INFO:
A strategic manager with strong customer retention and analytical skills is required to head up the Customer Retention team. You will develop and nurture exceptional relationships with new and existing customers, amplify existing retention strategies and implement new processes.
Skills & Experience:
Knowledge in setting up and managing a successful retention team
Strong customer service industry experience
Proficient in developing budgets and financial reporting
Experience in interpretation of large data sets
Proven skills in trend analysis
Qualification:
