A Well Established Vehicle Dealership is seeking the services of a Customer Relationship Manager for the Centurion area.

POSITION INFO:

A Well Established Vehicle Dealership is seeking the services of a Customer Relationship Manager for the Centurion area.

Min of 2 years experience as a CRM or similar role, this experience must be with a Vehicles Dealership.
Experience in Dealer Standard Audits, Job Card Audits.
Experience in Dealership Training and Customer feedback programmes.
Must have a strong personality.
Must be Customer focused with very high standards.
Must have strong leadership skills.
Experience in managing front of house team.
Must be familiar with the workshop and Front of house of the entire dealership.
Must have excellent communication skills at all levels.

Only candidates who have worked in the motor industry in a CRM role or similar will be considered.

Salary: R25,000.00 /month + Commission R10 000 + Benefits (medical aid , provident fund, company car, fuel.
