Customer Relations Team Leader

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Customer Relations Team and provide quality customer service to tenants telephonically, via email and face to face. 
• Supervise tenant maintenance requests
• Deliver quality Customer Experience
• Identify opportunities to improve Customer Experience
• Deliver quality maintenance logging
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance logging
• Participate in staff recruitment by providing input to the job profiles
• Supervise staff performance by reviewing performance contracts

Minimum requirements for application:

• NQF 6 in relevant field (Marketing, Contact Centre Management, Communication or similar) (In the absence of a relevant qualification, extensive experience may be considered)
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in field is required (Contact Centre, Call Centre, Housing Customer Relationship)
• 1 – 2 years contact centre supervisory experience is required
• Customer Experience and Contact Centre team supervision experience is preferred
• MS Office computer literacy required
• Must have drivers license and own transport
• Clear credentials (Qualifications, Credit and Criminal record)
• Must reside in South Africa with valid RSA ID number/passport & driver’s

Salary:  Market Related
