SUMMARY:
Key account Manager client relations Officer

POSITION INFO:

Great Opportunity to join a stable on going growing company in the Material Handing Equipment industry 

This incumbent will Support and retention of strategic relationships with targeted Customer Accounts.  
Solicit and maintain favourable contact with current and potential  Corporate, Major and Retail customers at an executive, senior, and operational levels.

Understand the customer’s business, key drivers of their business, their plans, their key concerns and their views of as a preferred supplier

Minimum Requirements : 

1. Matric, Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
2. Experience in MHE Industry preferred but not essential.
3. Previous experience in Customer Service will be advantageous.
4. Good communication, report writing and public relations skills.
5. Using the various channels to communicate and provide feedback to customers. 
6. Demonstrated experience in working with and delivering with Customer and their expectations.
7. Ability to negotiate, with both internal and external customers.
8. Ability to promptly respond to customer enquiries,
9. Demonstrate effective listening skills.     
10. Demonstrated competence in analysis of customer issue.
11. Demonstrate the ability to interpret, organize and summarize customer information.
12. Must know our product and services inside and out to effectively answer customer questions.                                         
13. Customer contract knowledge essential, however not a prerequisite,               
14. At all times maintaining a positive, professional attitude towards customers.
