SUMMARY:
Customer Loyalty Consultants - Call Centre Agents - CENTURION -

POSITION INFO:

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

ØHandle incoming phone calls.

ØResolve standard customers’ requests and route issues that require follow-up to customer service, commercial and operational teams.

ØCommunicates customer inquiries/messages/feedback to relevant team members.

ØAdvising customers of services and general information regarding operational procedures.

ØBeing able to fully understand and take quotes.

ØCourtesy calls to customers.

ØProvide satisfactory service to customers.

ØHandling of Queries.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

ØMinimum requirement is a Matric (Grade 12).

Ø1 years call centre experience.

ØIndustry knowledge and international experience advantageous - We are preferably looking for people that are coming from the same line of work, emergency call taking, 911, Fedelity, Armed response security call takers, 10111.

ØStrong communication skills – Excellent command of English & Afrikaans language.

ØCustomer Centric Personality.

ØComputer Proficiency.
