Customer Liaison Officer

SUMMARY:

Our client in the automotive industry is looking for a liaison officer who will act as a point of contact between clients and the organization to communicate and coordinate their activities

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:


Previous experience in a customer care or mediation role, including dealing with complaints
Be experienced in using the MS Office packages
Well-spoken in English and one other language would be beneficial
Have a minimum of 3 years administrative experience
Good communication skills and be able to relate to others
