Customer Insights Specialist

You will be responsible for gathering and sharing insights that can be used to inform and support business decision-making for both B2C and B2B. Essential that you have SQL database expertise including SQL script writing and PowerBI.

Essential Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 3/5 years of relevant work experience
• A proven and successful background in data analysis across a large database of customers
• Established experience in CRM and tools that monitor the Omnichannel customer experience
• Extensive knowledge of e-commerce platforms
• Ability to visualise data clearly
• Advanced knowledge of MS office.
• Must have excellent analytical skills

Key Outputs:

• Prepare monthly Customer evolution information tracking
• Leverage data to gain a deeper understanding of existing customers
• Advise on customer acquisition and retention strategies based on customer behaviour
• Update the database with all internal and external data and clean, maintain and enrich the database
• Manage all operational tasks related to extracting data, customer, and consumer-related insights
• Provide customer segmentation profiles to aid targeted
• Deliver customer insights and recommendations to increase member’s lifetime value
• Assist channels in their forecasting activities
• Implement the onboarding process for new members, incl. email & data uploads
• Provide periodic reporting data on active base, average consumption and channel preference
• Complement reports with bottom-up channel views
• Monitor and report relevant trends within the database and communicate them
• Provide evaluation reports of consumer experience campaigns and marketing activities
