POSITION INFO:

Multinational company within the services industry is looking for a Customer Experience Manager in Kenya. You will be responsible for all sales and operations within the company including management of the sales team, customer service and management of product basket mix and overview of operations and distribution.

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Bachelor''s degree or equivalent experience

3+ years'' of experience in customer service management

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

Kenyan National based in Kenya
