Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1st year completed towards a degree with a nationally accredited University/College
• Clear Credit and Criminal record
• Computer literate
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent command and use of English, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong analytical and numeric skills
• Able to navigate through various systems at once
• Maintain a high performance

Duties Include:

• Handling customer enquiries via email and telephonically
• Proactively identify issues and problems before arising
• Progress to taking escalated calls and complaints in line with procedures
• Providing world class customer service
• Working with various parts of the business to resolve issues

Working Hours -

Mon-Fri & alternate Saturdays: 09H00am - 22H00pm (Rotational shifts, subject to UK clock-change)

*Candidates will be required to complete a skills assessment first thereafter a game-based assessment & may be required to come on site a maximum of twice throughout our recruitment process.
