JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minimum Requirements

At least 2-4 years work experience in sales and customer support within financial services or an insurance company
Previous call center experience is essential
A relevant qualification is highly advantageous but not essential
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to project a professional company image through voice, online, and email interactions
