An exciting high growth entrepreneurial Fintech company that offers innovative funding solutions to SMEs, is looking to appoint a Customer Engagement Officer to join their business.

POSITION INFO:
You will be responsible for:

engaging, qualifying and converting sales leads from inbound and outbound calls
generating interest and ensuring a quick and simple process for clients by supporting them through their initial application
Providing support to existing clients

Ideal candidates must:

Be able to adapt and willing to get their hands dirty
Enjoy working in a collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
Have a strong ability to influence and negotiate
Have a good sales track record

Minimum Requirements

At least 2-4 years’ work experience in sales and customer support within a financial services or insurance company
Previous call center experience is essential
A relevant qualification is highly advantageous but not essential
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Ability to project a professional company image through voice, online and email interactions
