POSITION INFO:

SA’s Top Property Investment Company is seeking a Customer Care/Booking Consultant to join their team.

 

Requirements:

• Grade 12
• At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role
• Able to make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Maintain a professional telephone etiquette
• Positive, can-do attitude
• Energetic and ability to be professional at all times
• Experience in the property industry would be beneficial

 

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Calling clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
• Following up on client queries
• Make 100 – 120 calls per day
• Book consultations for the Strategists
