Customer Care Rep (Real Estate) (Northern Suburbs, Cape Town)

POSITION INFO:

Property investment company is seeking a young and energetic Booking Consultant who has an EXCELLENT telephone manner to join their team.

Requirements:

Grade 12
At least 2 years of experience in a telesales role doing cold calling
Between the age of 21 - 30
Driver’s license and car
Make 100 – 120 calls per day
Maintain professional telephone etiquette
Bilingual in both Afrikaans and English
Positive, can-do attitude
Professional; Young; Energetic
Experience calling leads within the property industry will be a huge advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Calling clients/incoming leads on Pipedrive
Following up on client queries
Make 100 – 120 calls per day
Book consultations for Strategists
