Our client in Rustenburg is currently looking for a customer care consultant

POSITION INFO:

The requirements for this position is 

Drivers license

Must have good client relationships and must be able to work with difficult customers 

Able to communicate well

Good experience in Ms office 

 

This role''s main function is to complete quality surveys on mining sites to compare charged assets to installed assets and action and variances as well as manage the client relationship on site and communicate and required actions back to management and the sales representative. 

This is a development role that will lead to a sales rep function
